VHF-DSC
“G” at the end of the model number indicates this unit has a “built in” GPS

This unit has a Class “B” AIS Receiver, but NO built in GPS. It also comes in either NEMA 2000 or NEMA 0183 capabilty. NEMA 2000 cables come in 3,6 & 10’ sizes and are “plug & play” into most modern GPS or GPS chart plotters for positioning input to the radio.
This unit is NMEA 2000 compatible, has a built in GPS and Class “B” AIS Receiver
MF/HF/ SSB-DSC
This unit is an SSB-DSC and comes with a built in GPS
This SSB-DSC does NOT have a built in GPS and is only NMEA 0183 compatible
